Who am I is a question bouncing around in my head for a few weeks. What I’ve realized is that I found myself by looking back. I looked back to my beliefs that I’ve turned from for no reason that I know of. Once I figure one out the rest fell into place. So here goes…
I am:
a Tibetan Buddhist-Quaker.
- I fell from my beliefs…well I don’t know when. Probably around the same time as I got really sick and my writer’s block took a strong hold. Possibly earlier.
a writer!
- I’m writing again. Regularly in fact! My schedule is as follows. (I try to stay with it but if an idea takes over then another thing gets set aside for the day.)
daily schedule
- 1 new poem
- 10 minute writing exercise
- 1 new work of flash fiction (following 250 words)
- 1 short story per week
- comic book script work
a pesco-vegetarian.
- I’ve made my diet more strict to combat the MS (and those 50 lesions) so I no longer eat meat, but as a promise to my husband I still eat fish. I feel much better for it and my MS thanks me for it each day.
So that’s me. That’s what’s going on. I still wait for my website but we’ll have that up and running soon. Until then have a great day!
One more thing…my piece “Skate” is going to be published in DOPE Magazine’s all female issue! I’ll let you know when it’s up. Until then enjoy the image.

Why would your husband what you to eat fish?
the omega 3′s found in fish help with MS.
